Ellie Leach
Ellie Leach is a British actress best known for playing Faye Windass in ITV’s Coronation Street.
Born in Bury, Greater Manchester, Ellie attended Fairfield High School for Girls before joining a further education college to study Performing Arts. In her early career, Ellie appeared in a number of television adverts, independent film A Boy Called Dad and in 2010 appeared in an episode of Moving On. In 2011 she was cast in the role of Faye Butler and a decade on remains one of Coronation Street’s most popular characters and recognisable faces. Ellie has received multiple nominations from the British Soap Awards and Inside Soaps in the category of Best Young Performance / Actor.
